It's The Story
A camera gives a unique way of stopping time and capturing the beauty, or ugliness of things.Before I even squint through the viewfinder, I first try to capture the essence of the subject. What makes them beautiful? What makes them interesting? or dull?
Without essence, a picture is just a picture.
With it, the picture becomes a story.
It's The Execution
Once the essence is understood and the story set, it is now time to frame and translate it into pixels.Finding and employing the right composition, angle, distance, light, and process that will accurately capture the essence of the subject. And perhaps even magnify it in the final picture.
It's The Passion
This is not a job. This is a passion.The passion to grow my boundaries,
The passion to capture the beauty of creation,
The passion to capture the essence of being,
The passion to become me.
